Airservices is a government owned organisation providing safe, secure, efficient and environmentally responsible services to the aviation industry. Each year we manage over four million aircraft movements carrying more than 156 million passengers, and provide air navigation services across 11 per cent of the world’s airspace. Airservices has two major operating centres in Melbourne and Brisbane and a corporate office in Canberra. We operate 29 air traffic control towers at international and regional airports, and provide aviation rescue firefighting services at 26 Australian airports.
The Role
The Asset Data Coordinator role will work as a team member to assist in the problem resolution, customer support and data administration for Asset Information systems. With particular emphasis on maintaining SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data to ensure data integrity. The role offers flex-time arrangements and a 37 hour working week.
The Person
As the Asset Data Coordinator you will utilise your established interpersonal, representation and communication skills (both orally and written) and ability to cultivate, influence and maintain productive working relationships at all levels.
You will bring your expertise and experience with SAP Master Data and development of SAP deliverables, such as Functional Locations, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Materials, Bill of Materials, Equipment and IBase. Along with your well-developed analytical skills, and the ability to be innovative in developing new and/or improved processes and services to meet changing business needs.
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
A relevant degree, diploma or Trade certificate from an Australian Tertiary Institution, or demonstrated equivalent experience Desirable: TO5, IT admin, software/database admin, trade/technical background.
Computer literacy relevant to the position including experience in the use of SAP Plant Maintenance and Airservices (or equivalent) Management Information Systems.
A broad knowledge of the airways and/or business systems, and an understanding of the organisational structure and accountabilities.
Demonstrate experience in managing and developing specialist contacts that can provide subject matter expertise in or across many broad areas.
To be considered you must be able to obtain a security clearance undertake as part of the recruitment process.
The ASA6 salary scale for this role is $91,775 - $108,259 + 14% super.
