Core Data Systems Analyst

HCF Australia is undergoing a strategic transformation to deliver new business capabilities to meet its strategic plan. This transformation includes the transformation of HCF’s core IT systems and implementing digital capabilities to deliver an enhanced customer experience. As a key driver in the change, IT is at the forefront of the design, development, testing and implementation of the transformation. The delivery teams play a critical role in supporting this transformation by delivering efficient and reliable digital solutions for the HCF organisation.
Skills & Experience
You will be responsible for the following;
Provide system support in the development and maintenance of forms, emails and associated letter printing / email sending using the PARIS software.
Maintain system control & data files to support the user ‘chargeback’ invoices
Produce monthly user ‘chargeback’ invoices (including reconciliation for Finance)
Perform quarterly key WHICS transactions access reviews
Assist with Service Desk requests and production issues as needed
Review & send the monthly rebate claim to Medicare
Perform monthly quality reviews on rebate forms & provide results to business
Perform regular rebate data reviews and correct data as necessary
Provide/update appropriate documentation on all responsibilities
Liaise with HR/Helpdesk staff re. how Preceda interacts with user maintenance
Provide IM’s inputs to the annual external audit re. user maintenance issues
Other activities as directed by the manager as the need arises
IBM & related mainframe skill set in a z/OS environment … TSO, JES2, SPF, CICS, DB2, JCL/Proc/Parm/Copybooks, QMF, VPS & Sysview.
Must be a team player committed to working in a continuously improving & quality environment
Independent decision-making capability and pro-active problem-solving skills
Good business, systems & process analysis skills
Ability to conduct research into systems issues as required
Able to troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues on critical business systems
Be able to successfully perform job duties with moderate supervision
Be able to complete project assignments successfully & on time
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in using the PARIS software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
