Morris recently implemented an exciting new onboarding program to ensure our new employees receive a unique and tailored onboarding experience and are fully equipped with everything they need to adjust to site life. We are looking for a dynamic Project Trainer to champion, deliver & coordinate this program across a number of our sites in WA.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
Champion, deliver & coordinate the MOJO Program
Maintain & update the Project employee Training and Needs Analysis (TNA)
Deliver a range of Morris inductions and project specific training
Liaise with HR/Recruitment to ensure New Employee checklists completed
Coordinate New employee 6 month Progression Pathway
Ensure Village Leads comply with HR compliance
Reporting & Data MaintenanceLiaise with HR/Recruitment & Village Lead to coordinate recruitment, candidate suitability, shortlisting & labour hire needs on the project
Provide support to all employees and village leads in ongoing TNA and career progression
Liaise with Village Lead, HR & Operations on Performance Plans for project employees
To be successful in this role you should possess the following:
Excellent management and organisational skills with the ability to manage a number of projects, people and programs simultaneously
Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team
Strong written and verbal communication and IT skills
Ability to self-start and work autonomously with close focus over extended periods of time
Able to work flexibly and adapt in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
Above average knowledge and ability in the use of Document Management Systems and Microsoft Office products
Current Manual Drivers Licence (mandatory)
Cert IV WHS (desirable)
Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment (desirable)
