About the role/requirements
Due to continued evolving business needs, we are seeking an experienced team member to provide strategic and operational Talent Attraction support to our Early Learning business leaders.  You will assist them to attract casual, contract and permanent talent into the organisation.
In this role you will support leaders nationally with exceptional customer service and value add initiatives including contemporary sourcing methodologies and approaches; workforce planning; market mapping; screening and selection tools and developing and building talent pools.  
Ideally you will have worked in a similar in-house recruitment role within a corporate, government or non-profit environment.  You will need to be customer-centric in your approach, keen to learn and well organized. 
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
Experience in full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding;
An in-depth understanding of varied candidate attraction/sourcing methodologies including social media;
Strong awareness of varied selection methods and techniques and recruitment best practice;
Be commercial in your approach, willing to work closely with the business to understand its needs and devise relevant solutions in a proactive fashion;
Experienced in workforce planning and volume hiring;
Have a true passion for customer service, with advanced relationship management and influencing skills;
Be a resilient and motivated self-starter, with excellent written, verbal communication and organisational skills, and
Tertiary qualifications are desirable, but not essential
