$70.00 per hour plus 9.5% super
The Director Talent & Leadership Development will have demonstrated experience in one or more areas of HR expertise including Organisational Strategy and Development, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Change Management, and Culture and Engagement.
Provide significant contribution to strategic planning and innovative initiatives to design and deliver a wide range of best practice such as HR policies, programs and practices, including HR service delivery, attraction and recruitment, workforce capability and performance, and culture, engagement and inclusion
Provide leadership and talent management expertise to the Agency
Identify local talent and leadership development needs in partnership with Stakeholders, GMs and Branch Managers
Drive the delivery and facilitation of national and regional level learning initiatives to support key business objectives
Partner with People and Culture colleagues to develop learning solutions, including instructor led programs, materials, technology based learning and other appropriate learning approaches and tools
Act as an Agent of Change and support culture change initiatives and global talent management processes and programs through partnerships  in order to continuously drive behaviour change and improved performance
Oversee the on boarding and development programs/tracks for the Graduate and Internship programs in order to position the agency as an employer of choice and to develop talent
Monitor and analyse the impact of learning initiatives in order to shape, change and create recommendations for the future
Designs, develops and curates programs and responsible for work stream planning, identifying dependencies, critical path items and managing risks
Identifies specific training needs for a BU/Function and partners with other Learning team members and Consultants
Delivery of projects as directed
