Dulux, the national leader in quality paint and coatings products, has a rare opportunity to join our Quality Control team at our largest manufacturing site in Rocklea. This is the step into management that you have been looking for. You will be responsible for a small team, monitoring their work outputs and organising priorities for the group. You will also use your technical knowledge in this hands-on role, observing the manufacturing process and making recommendations in regards to testing and ensuring that Dulux continues to produce paint at the high quality our customers expect.
Experience in formulation or manufacturing of surface coatings gained in a lab or production environment will see you hit the ground running. Tertiary qualifications in industrial chemistry or related science discipline will be advantageous. Quality control experience coupled with the ability to effectively manage a small team will see you succeed.
