This is your opportunity to bring your management skills to the key manufacturing site of Dulux, Australasia"s leading coatings company. Become a part of the Orica Consumer Products Operations team and improve our processes, efficiency and workplace.
Through your leadership capabilities, you will help drive continuous improvement and change throughout the site ensuring the development of those around you. A key member of the site management team, you will develop close relationships with the other site teams including planning, management & the warehouse and understand the seasonal business issues and IR environment associated with this business. As the successful candidate you will effectively utilise the resources available to you to maximise the improvement process and maintain a highly motivated and safe working environment.
The ideal candidate may have a background such as FMCG, high-speed manufacturing or chemical production and will preferably be degree qualified in an engineering discipline. Your value will be enhanced by in field experience in a similar role or knowledge of lean manufacturing or other process based principles and the ability to produce strategies and implement them. Success in this role will be rewarded with a comprehensive salary package and all the support you would expect from this market leading organisation.
