Tenure:Fixed term (12 months), full-time
Salary Range:$67,886 - $74,404 (G05)
Description:As a Teaching Support Officer, you will provide support to Unit and Course Coordinators by undertaking administrative activities which support the smooth running of units and courses, across all locations, modes of delivery, and study periods.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to apply your exceptional customer service and organisational skills in liaising with functional areas (e.g. Courses Administration and Learning Technologies Support) and academic colleagues to ensure the timely and accurate completion of unit-related administrative tasks and processes. Your role will include helping organise course and unit availabilities, providing access to unit materials, and administrative processes related to assessment, moderation, and academic integrity. Demonstrated experience with assessment systems and a high level of computer literacy is imperative to your success in this position.
To be successful, demonstrated outstanding interpersonal, teamwork and organisational skills, along with proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage competing priorities is essential.
Benefits and Remuneration:The salary ranges presented are those which are contained within the University"s Enterprise Agreements; as are the employee benefits which include employer superannuation contribution at the rate of the current Government Superannuation Guarantee amount up to 17 percent, study assistance, a comprehensive salary packaging and wellness programs and flexible and family friendly work practices.
