You will have a good track record....
We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced and energetic individual to join our new young and vibrant beverage team. A good track record with a minimum of 3 years bar experience is required with references as well as a strong knowledge of beverage in the areas of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails. This will be hands on management style so you need to be someone that wants to be on the floor and in the action.
You will have an exceptional focus on customer service, strong leadership and people management, willing to take on new challenges and training of staff in managing our bar.
You will be great for the role if you have the following:
" substantial experience in Food and Beverage management
" experience with beers, mixed drinks, and cocktails are essential
" have previous experience in managing a busy bar
" self motivated, passionate and dedicated to continuous improvement
" have the ability to motivate, mentor and educate staff
" excellent interpersonal communication skills and a proven commitment to customer satisfaction
" must hold current RSA certificate
