Fixed Term Customer Interaction Consultant Immediate Start

We are currently taking expression of interest for extraordinary customer focused people to join our first class interaction centre. Positions commencing in October/November and working through until mid-January 2018.
At Super Retail Group, our purpose is to provide solutions and engaging experiences that enable our customers to make the most of their leisure time. In order to deliver on our promises we have a team of Customer Interaction Consultants to help answer our customer calls/email enquiries which enables instantaneous, friendly and efficient customer service.
We understand that flexibility is key! And with this we are open to flexibility in our team and offer flexible working hours which allows for a range of shifts commencement times from regular casual 4 hour + shifts to full time 37.5 hours per week and weekend work is optional.
Additionally there is flexibility around the type of communication you are best to deliver, weather that is over the phone or via email.
Our Brisbane call centre operational hours are between 6am-5.45pm Monday to Friday, and 7.00am-4.30pm Saturday and Sunday. During our peak trading (October- January) we will increase our operations hours to 9.30pm Monday to Friday.
Our Melbourne Call centre operational hours are between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
Passionate about providing an exceptional level of customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A high level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks (i.e. able to interact via phone and input data simultaneously)
A sharp eye for attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
