Systems Analyst Team Leader
Location: QLD - Brisbane Northern Suburbs

Provide technical expertise in the application landscape whilst leading both internal Systems Analysts and external partners to support the delivery model.
The Opportunity You will be tasked with supporting the functional solution capabilities while performing documentation reviews to ensure compliance to standards.
• Build and improve Core applications by translating requirements into fit for purpose applications that work within the overall system architecture• Participate in the full development lifecycle, including document creation, testing, implementation and post implementation warranty support and optimize solution implementation practices• Produce system configuration to the highest quality in accordance with Company Development standards • Provide clear documentation, produce functional specifications based on provided business requirements • Champion governance and optimisation of internal Code standards to ensure best practice • Lead and mentor within Applications Delivery Team• Ensure all solutions are aligned to business requirements and scalable to suit growing business demand• Mature configuration and release processes for alignment with SRG IS Test Practise, as well as ensure compatibility with external partners • Develop deployment plan documentation and requirements to present at CAB (change approval board), including task breakdowns and estimates
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Approximately 7 years’ experience in Application Development • Experience working with a variety of languages including: AJAX, JQuery, JSON, XML, Node.js, angularJS., PHP, JSP, ABAP, Java • Knowledge of SAP ECC, CRM, PI, Netweaver Gateway • Experience with Source control and version control tools (GIT, Mercurial, SVN) • Understanding of Web Services (SOAP, REST)
