Our client is currently seeking an experienced Team Leader, you will be positioned within the Billing Department responsible for coordinating, monitoring and controlling all aspects of the billing process for over 1.8 million accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete end to end billing reconciliation.
  • Compiling the monthly KPIs.
  • Maintaining and monitoring service and provide daily usage and support.
  • Manage the provisioning and maintenance security profiles.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the Telecommunications industry.
  • Experience with producing monthly management reports.
  • Ability to mange a team of support analysts.
  • Highly demonstrated business experience in a production control operations environment.
